A Pakistani enterprise operating across trading, technology, and manufacturing. We supply medical equipment to hospitals, execute government tenders (Authorized Representative of LTL Holdings — Sri Lanka), export wheat straw internationally, run a food manufacturing line, and deliver Kas-Mate digital marketing, IT, and AI services.
KAS Sourcing is a Peshawar-based Pakistani enterprise, established in 2010, structured around the three lines of work we actually deliver on.
On the trading side, we supply medical equipment and consumables to public and private hospitals across Pakistan, execute government and utility tenders — including our appointment as the Authorized Representative of LTL Holdings (Sri Lanka), under which we delivered a $4.2M distribution transformer supply to LESCO between 2017 and 2020 — and export pressed wheat straw to international feed, bedding, and biomass buyers.
On the manufacturing side, we operate a food and beverage manufacturing line — producing traditional recipes for the Pakistani trade.
On the digital side, our Kas-Mate sub-division delivers Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, and AI Automations — modern capability for businesses that want the outcomes without hiring an in-house team.
We are family-governed and banked through Allied Bank Limited. Every engagement — a hospital PO, a tender bid, an export contract, a distributor slot, or a Kas-Mate project — is executed under our name, with our accountability.
Three lines of business, each with its own team, its own supplier / distributor / partner network, and its own dedicated page. Click through to explore.
Institutional trading across three verticals — Medical Equipment for hospitals, Government Tenders (including our LTL / LESCO $4.2M reference), and Wheat Straw Export for international feed and biomass buyers.
Our modern digital arm — Digital Marketing (social, Meta, Google, YouTube ads), IT Solutions (websites, apps, integrations), and AI Automations (agents, workflows, process AI).
Our food manufacturing line — traditional recipes produced in Pakistan and distributed through the local trade.
